What have you been up to since High School?
I have been very fortunate to make my own hours, and provide sales and marketing tips and techniques for many different companies. This enabled me to host an event at The Governor's Mansion with Chick-fil-A food. Governor Huntsman was quite a fan! I fancied it up with silver chaffers and serving pieces, and it was quite a hit! I love thinking outsiside the box.
Corp. Alliance in St. George did not have a Women in Business program, so I started one by inviting businesses to lunch with chocolate. That's all it took, Then Cedar City Corp. Alliance was next, followed by a Women in Business program there.
When we moved to St. George, I new no-one , so this was exciting.
From here, I hosted a 3 day Thrive Symposium For Women at Dixie State University, two different years.
When covid hit, I had just helped launch a new app, and was preparing to launch another one, and we had an event posted that I was emceeing. Well, that took care of that!
Now, St George is just for fun and a great escape from winter!
Retired? Nah, if something came along, I could really sink my teeth into, I'd be all about it!
